Porter arch

The Porter Arch is a fixed appliance with its large palatal loop providing expansion of the maxillary with tongue movements. Two lateral arms, which extend alongside the premolars and cuspids, can be adjusted to exert pressure on the lingual surface of the teeth being treated.
