Quad Helix
The Quadhelix is recommended for patients with an upper maxillary constriction. This fixed expansion appliance exerts force on the back segments. The bar on the lingual surface of the premolars aligns the teeth. Some adjustments can be made during treatment with the springs of the appliance, if need be.
